Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain aesthetic, skincare, cosmetic, and wellness treatments.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments.
- Follow up with prospects and existing patients to increase treatment bookings.
- Promote packages, offers, and membership programs.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide treatment information.
- Maintain customer data and call records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly telesales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule consultations and treatment sessions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
