About the Role
AMPL Solar is seeking an experienced Sales Head – Residential Solar EPC to lead our residential sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong sales execution with the ability to mentor and scale a team in the residential rooftop solar segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets for residential rooftop solar projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the residential EPC segment.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Generate, pursue, and convert residential solar sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Collaborate closely with operations and project execution teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from sale to installation.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecast performance, and report on key metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Residential Solar EPC Sales.
- Strong, mandatory expertise in Residential Rooftop Solar Projects.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams.
- Strong network within the residential solar ecosystem (customers, dealers, channel partners) in Uttar Pradesh is a plus.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
