Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sports Sales Executives who are passionate about sports and fitness. The role involves assisting customers, explaining sports products, and driving in-store sales. Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right sports equipment and accessories
- Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain store display, cleanliness, and stock organization
- Handle billing and basic inventory support
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat visits
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in retail / sales (sports store experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (Tamil required, basic English preferred)
- Passion for sports or fitness is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible to work weekends and shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
