We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing & Brand Executive to strengthen our brand presence and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing branding initiatives, coordinating public relations activities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting business development efforts. This role requires excellent communication, creativity, and coordination skills with the ability to work closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Develop and implement branding strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Manage the company's social media presence and coordinate with designers and digital marketing agencies for creative content.
- Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, newsletters, banners, and promotional content.
- Coordinate public relations (PR) activities and maintain relationships with media partners, travel associations, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify and establish partnerships with corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, tourism boards, and other business associates.
- Assist in vendor and supplier contracting by coordinating documentation and communication.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the Director/Management in strategic marketing, branding, promotional events, and business development initiatives.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, travel fairs, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, business development, or public relations. Freshers with exceptional skills may also apply.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred.

- Basic understanding of branding, PR, and digital marketing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
