Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Interface Functional Specialist with strong expertise in SAP HCM modules and interface management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party applications. The role requires strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM business processes, integration technologies, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and design SAP HCM interface solutions.

Configure and support integrations between SAP HCM and external applications.

Work on interfaces involving Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

Coordinate with technical teams for interface development using IDocs, ALE, RFC, BAPIs, Web Services, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CPI.

Perform functional testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot interface failures and resolve data synchronization issues.

Monitor interface performance and ensure successful data exchange between systems.

Prepare functional specifications, mapping documents, and interface documentation.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors during implementations and support activities.

Support production issues, enhancements, and system upgrades.
Required Skills

5+ years of SAP HCM Functional experience.

Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules – PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll.

Experience with SAP HCM interface design and integration.

Hands-on experience with IDocs, ALE, RFC, BAPIs, Web Services, SAP PI/PO, and SAP CPI Integration Suite.

Experience integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors, Payroll systems, Finance, or third-party applications.

Knowledge of inbound and outbound interface processing.

Understanding of data mapping, file-based interfaces, XML, and middleware concepts.

Experience in functional specification preparation and interface testing.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
