Position: Junior Accountant
Industry: Textile, Garment & Cotton Yarn Manufacturing (B2B)
Location: Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting data entry in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Reconcile ledger accounts and support daily bookkeeping.
- Maintain records of customers, vendors, and inventory transactions.
- Assist the Accounts team in day-to-day accounting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/B.Com preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or data entry.
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing or textile industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
