We are seeking a creative, data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage our online channels. You will handle daily social media operations, design multi-platform campaigns, and interact directly with our target audience to drive brand loyalty and customer conversion
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing professional social media accounts.
Portfolio: Proven track record of growing social accounts or successful past campaigns (highly preferred)
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Design, write, and film engaging daily content (posts, reels, stories). Social Scheduling: Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or HubSpot.
Community Management: Respond promptly to user comments, direct messages, and brand mentions to build customer loyalty.
Paid Advertising: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid social ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Trend Auditing: Monitor internet trends, viral audio, memes, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant.
Analytics Reporting: Track weekly performance metrics like reach, engagement rate, clickthrough rate (CTR), and follower growth.
