Role Description
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to promote products/services
- Generate and qualify leads; upsell/cross-sell to meet targets
- Maintain accurate call and customer records in CRM
- Resolve objections and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1+ years of telesales or tele calling experience
- Fluency in Hindi, Malayalam, English, Tamil
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office
- Target-oriented, patient, resilient under pressure.
