Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Science Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create, review, and deliver high-quality educational content. The role involves supporting curriculum development, mentoring students, and ensuring academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review Science content for academic programs.
- Create lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, question banks, and assessments.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the prescribed curriculum.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and provide academic support to students.
- Collaborate with the academic and content teams to improve learning resources.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and the latest developments in Science education.
- Assist in preparing mock tests, examinations, and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain high standards of quality and timely delivery of academic content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in teaching, content development, or academic support.
- Strong understanding of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
