Job Summary
A Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the organization. The role involves vendor management, cost control, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate contracts.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to determine purchasing needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare procurement reports and purchasing analyses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
