Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced AutoCAD Draftsman cum Billing & Quantity Surveyor to support our turnkey construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing AutoCAD drawings, quantity estimation, client and subcontractor billing, BOQ preparation, and coordination of Civil and MEP works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings for Civil and MEP services.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates from drawings.
- Handle client billing, subcontractor billing, RA bills, and final bills.
- Verify work quantities at site and maintain measurement records.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare material reconciliation statements and monitor project costs.
- Assist in procurement by preparing quantity requirements and material schedules.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
- Maintain project documentation, billing records, and progress reports.
- Ensure work complies with project specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D).
- Experience in Quantity Surveying for Civil and MEP works.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and rate analysis.
- Hands-on experience in RA Billing, Client Billing, and Vendor Billing.
- Good understanding of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- ITI/Diploma in Draftsmanship with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience:
- 3–8 years of experience in turnkey construction, interior fit-out, or EPC projects.
- Experience in handling both Civil and MEP billing and quantity surveying is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
