Keep candidates warm and engaged

Conduct initial screenings

Evaluate basics: intent, communication, role fit

Filter signal from noise fast

Act as the first face of Revspot

Communicate clearly, fast, and professionally

Maintain a strong follow-up rhythm

Maintain trackers (pipeline, status, feedback)

Support offer rollout and documentation

Keep hiring data clean and updated
