Job Summary:
The Office Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling routine office tasks, assisting staff, and maintaining organized records and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Perform data entry and update records
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices, receipts, etc.)
- Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements & Skills:
- 10 th Or Intermediate (associate degree preferred)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
