Role Overview:
He/she will be responsible for managing and driving a team of sales executives handling inbound leads. This role involves overseeing the complete sales cycle, ensuring team performance against revenue targets, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ensure 100% follow-up and engagement on all allocated inbound leads by the team.
- Monitor and guide team members in client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Drive conversion of leads into customers through effective sales strategies and team supervision.
- Develop and implement sales pitches tailored to different customer personas.
- Maintain and review a healthy sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups from clients.
- Track team performance through CRM tools and ensure proper usage and data management.
- Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Oversee daily sales operations, MIS reporting, and documentation.
- Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve team productivity.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales, with at least 3–4 years in a team handling or leadership role.
- Prior experience in Real Estate sales (preferably luxury segment) will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Delhi NCR real estate market and localities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
