Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to patients/beneficiaries for follow-ups, feedback, verification, or
- Attend patient calls and resolve queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, queries, feedback, and actions taken in the excel.
- Provide clear and concise information to patient regarding eye testing/camps.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and meet service quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers.
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow organizational communication protocols.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication (Hindi).
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence and clarity while speaking on calls.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM entry).
Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in tele-calling/BPO/customer service.
