We are looking for an experienced US Staffing Specialist to join our recruitment team in India. In this role, you will work closely with US-based clients and account managers to source, screen, and place qualified IT and non-IT professionals across the United States. This position requires working in US time zones and a strong understanding of US hiring practices, work authorizations, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with US account managers to understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and contract terms with candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring requirements.
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, immigration policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen), and compliance requirements.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in US staffing/recruitment from India.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorizations and visa classifications.
- Experience recruiting for IT roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.) and/or non-IT roles.
- Proficiency with US job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, iCIMS).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
Pay: ₹11,994.02 - ₹44,212.88 per month
