Role Overview
We are looking for a highly energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in high-volume hiring. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Making candidate calls for screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and evaluate them against job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in achieving weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely updates.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (completed) in any discipline.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls every day.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence while interacting with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
