Job Title: Purchase Executive
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensure timely availability of materials required for production and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials required for stall fabrication and projects
- Identify and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project timelines
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team
- Compare quotations and finalize cost-effective deals
- Ensure quality standards are met for all purchased materials
Required Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Good understanding of materials used in fabrication/exhibitions
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
