- Calendar Management:Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication Management:Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.
- Document Preparation:Creating, editing, and formatting various documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Meeting Support:Preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
- Office Management:Maintaining organized files (both physical and electronic), ordering supplies, and managing other administrative tasks.
- Confidentiality:Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Project Support:Assisting with project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Relationship Management:Interacting with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Problem Solving:Addressing routine issues and escalating more complex matters to the executive.
