- Assist in procurement and purchasing activities.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and records.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations and follow-up.
- Update and maintain purchase data in Excel sheets.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents.
- Track delivery schedules and ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of purchase records.
- Support inventory and stock-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase requirements.
- Prepare reports and MIS as required.
Requirements:
- Any Degree qualification.
- Fresher candidates can apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reports, VLOOKUP preferred).
- Basic computer skills and documentation knowledge.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
