Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our hospitality team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Handle customer requests and resolve complaints courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
Prepare tables before service and clear tables after use.
Process bills and payments accurately.
Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
Requirements
High school education or equivalent.
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred.
Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
