Datasabai India is expanding its technical team in Bangalore and is looking for motivated ERP professionals who want to grow their expertise in Infor M3 and enterprise integrations.
Job Summary
This role is suited for a functional consultant with 2–3 years of hands-on experience on Infor M3, looking to grow within a collaborative, integration-focused environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders and integration teams to support, configure, and continuously improve M3 functional processes.
Key Responsibilities
Infor M3 Functional Support (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement)
- Provide day-to-day functional support for Infor M3 across Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement modules
- Configure and maintain business process settings and configuration tables
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in test and production environments
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing reassurance and guidance on functional topics
Integration & EDI Support
- Support the functional setup of EDI interfaces (orders, invoices, logistics messages, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams on integration-related topics
- Help validate and test data exchanges between M3 and connected systems
Master Data & Business Data
- Assist with master data setup, maintenance, and quality
- Support transactional data flows from a functional/business perspective
- Run and interpret queries to support business users (no development required)
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with technical consultants and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
- Maintain functional documentation (process flows, configuration notes, procedures)
- Participate in functional design reviews and discussions
Required Skills & Experience
Core Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant on Infor M3 or support
- Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement business processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a production support environment
- Great communication, with respect and polite way to work with Thai person
Technical Exposure (a plus, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with Infor M3 configuration tools
- Basic understanding of EDI standards
Soft Skills
- Great communication, with respect and polite way to work with Thai person and has a focus mind to complete the tasks
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Ability to work across technical and functional teams
