Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate large-format Epson SC-S40670 Large Format Inkjet Printer.
- File Preparation: Review digital graphics, ensure correct layout/imposition, and format files for optimal printing on various substrates (e.g., vinyl, canvas, mesh).
- Color Management: Utilize RIP software / Adobe Photoshop & Coreldraw to maintain strict color accuracy and calibration to meet client standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor ongoing print jobs for flaws, banding, or color shifts, making real-time adjustments.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform daily/weekly preventative machine maintenance, clean print heads, and troubleshoot mechanical or software errors to reduce downtime.
- Material Handling & Finishing: Load heavy rolls and sheets, and assist with post-print finishing processes like laminating, mounting, or trimming
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
