Position Summary:
The role will serve as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, providing business insights, performance analytics, governance support, and execution tracking across the organization. The incumbent will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain teams to drive data-based decision-making and ensure effective execution of business priorities.
This role requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities -
1. Business Performance Analytics
Develop and maintain executive dashboards covering sales, liquidation, collections, profitability, inventory, market share, and other key business KPIs.
Analyze product-wise, crop-wise, and geography-wise business performance.
Support monthly business reviews with actionable insights and recommendations.
Conduct trend analysis and scenario modelling to support business decisions.
Monitor product performance, volume trends, profitability, and market penetration.
Develop performance scorecards for sales teams and business units.
Track strategic priorities and cross-functional projects sponsored by the MD.
Drive governance cadence for leadership reviews and business updates.
Monitor critical action items and ensure timely execution across functions.
Prepare executive summaries, briefing notes, and decision-support materials.
Support annual operating planning, budgeting, and strategic planning exercises.
2. Executive & Board Reporting
Prepare leadership presentations, business reviews, and board materials.
Consolidate inputs from multiple functions into executive-level reports.
Translate large datasets into concise business insights for leadership decision-making.
3. Governance & Stakeholder Management
Act as a central coordination point between the MD and leadership team.
Follow up with functions on commitments, milestones, and action plans.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and issue resolution.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling strategic business information.

The Candidate (Requirements) -
MBA from a reputed institute (Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Business Analytics preferred).
5-8 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy / PMO, Commercial Excellence, CEO/MD Office or Consulting.
Proven experience in assisting Leadership team
Excellent Business communication skills – Written & Verbal communication.
High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
