Roles and Responsibilities of US Bench sale Recruiter :
· Responsible for full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities.
· Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations and closing.
· Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
· Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies.
· Maintain and building the vendor contacts.
· Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
· Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
· Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
· Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
· Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
· Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
· Publish progress report to management every week.
· Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Comfortable to work in night shift
· Candidates should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
· Candidates should have strong analytical and thinking skills.
· Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred
· Must be a good team player and result driven.
· Good verbal and written skills.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
