Drives design excellence throughout the product lifecycle from ideation to market introduction.
Conceptualizes, develops, and implements product design solutions that deliver commercially successful and world-class outcomes.
Leads the design effort within the product development process, ensuring alignment and communication across teams from concept to launch.
Establishes and manages design timelines and budgets to balance project deliverables with customer expectations.
Creates sketches, renderings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
Recommends materials, finishes, and color strategies to ensure a cohesive and competitive product portfolio.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to refine and execute designs.
Conducts user experience and human factors analysis to optimize interaction between product and end user.
Coordinates with external consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality design outcomes.
Partners with Product Marketing to conduct research, identify market needs, and translate insights into product features.
Oversees development of functional and visual prototypes to support evaluation, improvements, and stakeholder presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent field.
Minimum seven years of product design experience, including at least three years in product development.
Proficiency in design tools such as Computer Aided Design, image editing, graphics, and desktop publishing software.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and floor plans.
Demonstrated technical expertise in industrial design and product development processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Open to travel internationally up to 15% of the time for customer meetings, research activities, training, and industry events.
