Responsibilities

Identify and coordinate training for employees based on inputs received from their managers, performance reviews or based on employee’s interest 9. Roll out of Annual Performance Appraisal. 10. Personnel Administration/Organizational Management/Recruitment /Time Management/ Payroll Management/ Performance Management System 11. Handling Statutory Compliance & Administration 12. Executing the entire range of task sourcing, screening, short-listing, lining them up for interviews, HR round & offer release. 13. Involves in manpower planning and expansion 14. Handles monthly payroll. 15. Online ESI submission and preparation of challans 16. Good knowledge of current employment laws and procedures. 17. Experience of working in the legal and professional services sectors. 18.
