Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer (Fresher) who has a strong eye for design, understands user experience principles, and is eager to leverage AI tools to improve design workflows. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy creating intuitive digital experiences and are excited to work on websites, web applications, and mobile apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality designs.
- Maintain consistency using design systems and UI components.
- Improve user experiences based on feedback and usability principles.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to speed up ideation, wireframing, content generation, and design enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI tools, and design best practices.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD.
- Basic knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
AI Tools Experience (Preferred)
Candidates should have basic hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Figma AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Uizard
- Galileo AI
- Relume AI
- Midjourney or other AI image-generation tools (optional)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Applications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–6 months of internship, training, freelance, or professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic, internship, or personal projects).
