We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to lead the strategic growth and expansion of our Education Group. The CSO will work closely with the Chairman and senior leadership team to develop long-term business strategies, improve institutional performance, drive admissions growth, identify new opportunities, and strengthen the organization's brand and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization's long-term strategic plan.
Identify growth opportunities, including new schools, colleges, and academic programs.
Drive student admissions and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Lead market research, competitor analysis, and expansion planning.
Collaborate with academic, administrative, HR, finance, and marketing teams.
Monitor organizational performance using KPIs and recommend improvements.
Build strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry, and government bodies.
Present strategic reports and recommendations to the Chairman and Board.
Qualifications
MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Fi, Marketing, or a related field.
8–15 years of leadership or strategic management experience.
Experience in the education sector is preferred.
