Infra Pro Projects Limited is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Civil Site Supervisor to oversee our day-to-day construction operations. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact on the ground, ensuring that all civil work is executed safely, on schedule, and strictly in accordance with architectural and structural drawings. You will be responsible for managing labor, monitoring material usage, and maintaining the high-quality standards expected on our project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Execution
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site labor, subcontractors, and daily wage workers to ensure maximum productivity.
- Accurately read and interpret architectural and structural drawings, ensuring execution aligns precisely with the approved plans.
- Set out sites and organize facilities, actively resolving any day-to-day technical difficulties or layout issues that arise.
Quality Control & Safety Compliance
- Conduct continuous quality checks on ongoing work (e.g., concrete mixing, curing, reinforcement binding, brickwork, and plastering) to ensure structural integrity and premium finish.
- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols on site, ensuring all workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and operate in a hazard-free environment.
- Halt work immediately if safety or quality standards are compromised and report the issue to the Project Manager.
Material & Equipment Tracking
- Monitor the use of construction materials (cement, steel, sand, aggregate) to minimize wastage and prevent theft.
- Receive and verify the quality and quantity of materials delivered to the site against the delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Ensure that all site machinery and tools are properly maintained, stored securely, and used efficiently.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) detailing the work completed, labor headcount, and material consumption.
- Coordinate seamlessly with site engineers, project managers, architects, and the procurement team to prevent delays.
- Anticipate upcoming material or labor requirements and raise requisitions well in advance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of civil construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Drawing Interpretation: High proficiency in reading and translating Good For Construction (GFC) drawings into practical site execution.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead, instruct, and motivate laborers and contractors. Fluency in the local language and Hindi is required for effective site communication.
- Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and practical problem-solving skills to handle on-site emergencies, weather disruptions, or sudden labor shortages.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to spend long hours standing, walking, and navigating active construction zones under varying weather conditions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
