The Hardware Testing Engineer is responsible for testing, validating, and verifying hardware products, components, and systems to ensure they meet design specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. The role involves developing test procedures, conducting functional and reliability testing, analyzing test results, and supporting product development and quality improvement initiatives.

Perform functional, electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing of hardware products.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.

Verify hardware performance against technical specifications and standards.

Identify, analyze, and document defects, failures, and test results.

Work closely with Design, R&D, Production, and Quality teams to resolve issues.

Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain testing equipment, instruments, and calibration records.

Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Support new product development and qualification activities.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance.

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.

4 - 6 years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or quality assurance.

Experience in electronic product testing and troubleshooting is preferred.
