Job Profile:
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft 365 Collaboration Administrator with hands-on experience managing and supporting Microsoft collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Office 365.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of M365 administration, governance, security, and automation to drive collaboration efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services – Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Office 365.
- Create and manage users, groups, licenses, and permissions in M365 Admin Center.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
- Configure and enforce security, compliance, and governance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teams, SharePoint, or Office 365 applications.
- Monitor collaboration systems, optimize performance, and ensure platform reliability.
- Support end-users with access, permissions, and general usage queries.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and train users.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, policies, and workflows.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience (4+ years) in Microsoft 365 Administration (Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Exchange, and Office 365).
- Expertise in automation workflows and process optimization using Power Automate.
- Sound understanding of M365 security and compliance (DLP, retention policies, access controls, governance).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving M365-related issues.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700)
- Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
