We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Team Leader to join our organization in Chennai, India. Assist in overseeing daily team operations and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and procedures

Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and career development

Facilitate effective communication between the team and senior management

Identify and resolve operational challenges and bottlenecks in a timely manner

Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Conduct performance reviews and maintain accurate documentation of team activities

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or team coordination role

Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
