What this job involves!
a. Log-in / tracking / updating Ethics cases on Ethics Portal (Navex) within 48 hours of receipt.
b. Pre-assessment of new Ethics cases from the perspectives of JLL PnP and applicable legal provisions.
c. Plan and execute ethics investigations under consultation.
d. Fact finding through analysis of information available in internal, external, social databases, forensic analysis of digital information, interview, human intelligence, reviews of PnP, related records/data.
e. Collection and preservation of evidence and information that are relevant for logical closure of cases.
f. Conducting investigative interview of complainant, subject employee and witnesses based on requirements, facts and evidence collected during investigation.
g. Closely follow up with relevant members of HR and Business teams for required support, details, and documents, ensuring that ethics cases are closed within agreed timelines are met.
h. Prepare factual and proper investigation reports for reviews by seniors.
i. Maintain case tracker with updated details.
j. Assessing culpability and facts/evidence to determine the root cause of substantiated ethics cases.
k. Conduct Ethics Sessions.
l. Prepare Ethics Mailers and Posters on relevant Ethics & Compliance topics.
m. Collaborate with local, regional and group Legal, Ethics and Compliance teams, as and when required.
n. Support in preparing dashboard for Monthly Reviews by respective Ethics Committee.
o. Take up special tasks/assignments as allocated by seniors within Legal, Ethics and Compliance team and close them satisfactorily within agreed timelines.

Have relevant/related experience of minimum of 3 years and total experience of 6 years in corporate ethics/compliance/risk management/investigations involving investigations of fraud, financial irregularities, kickback, conflict of interest, abuse of power/position, breach of data privacy and violations of code of conduct.
Have patience to do regular follow-up with business and HR teams on the open matters.
Be confident to present cases to senior leaders and propose mitigation plans.
Have good analytical skills and eye for details.
Have good report writing skills.
Have a neutral and unbiased approach.
Have good hands on excel and PPT skills.
Be flexible for travel as and when required – on short notices (upto 30-40% travelling).
