How you'll make an impact
Principal Duties / Responsibilities:

Key representative for operational forums/projects

Lead for key process improvement initiatives and identifying process wastes

Analyse team performance, identify trends and make recommendations to improve overall operational performance

Conduct onboarding interviews

Responsible for managing available resources effectively to ensure operational efficiency

Drive team performance
-
Manager SLAs on Accuracy, TAT, productivity

Maintain day-to-day stakeholder interaction and develop relationship
- Create development plan for the team

Goal setting for the team

Drive a culture of adherence to company standards and SOPs

Conduct performance management

Highlight exceptions
About you
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR High School degree with 8 or more years client coordination and/or claims management experience.
Behaviors:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly determine critical issues.
