About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer to join our international technology team and help build, manage, and continuously improve a secure, modern, and user-centric digital workplace environment.
The role requires strong hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management. You will be responsible for ensuring that employees have secure, reliable, and efficient access to workplace technology and collaboration tools, regardless of their location.
This is a hands-on engineering role suited to someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving IT services, and working with modern Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the Microsoft 365 environment, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Administer Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID device policies.
- Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including device deployment, configuration, application installation, patching, compliance, and security.
- Support and manage Windows and macOS workplace devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated endpoint, collaboration, and digital workplace issues.
- Implement and maintain endpoint security and device compliance policies.
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and adoption of digital workplace technologies.
- Maintain technical documentation, processes, and knowledge bases.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and service improvement.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and strategic improvement of the digital workplace environment.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Candidates from top-tier Indian universities and institutes, including IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, and comparable institutions, are preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and device identity management.
- Experience in Windows Endpoint Management, application deployment, patching, compliance, and endpoint security.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS workplace environments.
- Knowledge of PowerShell and/or Power Automate will be an advantage.
- Understanding of modern endpoint security and device management practices.
