Hiring: Food Production, Packing & Dispatch Manager – Madurai
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Food Production, Packing & Dispatch Manager to handle end-to-end operations for our product range, including Dairy Products, Honey, Health Mix, Cold-Pressed Oils, and Millet Products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure hygiene, quality, and food safety standards are strictly followed.
- Supervise staff and manage overall workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and dispatch records.
- Coordinate raw material procurement and vendor management.
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.
Work Details:
- 12-hour spread-over work schedule.
- Flexible working hours with defined operational timelines.
- Role requires hands-on involvement based on daily workload.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing operations preferred.
- Strong team handling and coordination skills.
- Basic record-keeping and inventory management knowledge.
- 2-wheeler mandatory.
