Job Description
WeShine Academy is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. The role involves communicating with students and parents, explaining our courses, following up with enquiries, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding courses and admissions.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Handle enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up details.
- Achieve assigned admission and calling targets.
- Build a positive relationship with students and parents.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and/or Tamil.
- Confident and friendly telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with sales, telecalling, counselling, or admission experience will be preferred.
