Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Manage the social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports.
Google Ads
- Assist in creating and managing Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports.
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Assist in setting up Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create audience targeting and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Analyze ad metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Support SEO and website optimization activities.
- Assist in email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ad banners.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads fundamentals.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
