. Store Manager (2 Vacancies)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Kochi & Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage and lead the store team to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment.
- Ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for seamless operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, or quick commerce operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail/store management systems is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
