Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a Research Assistant to support our Research & Development team in engineering and academic research projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation who are passionate about research, innovation, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
- CGPA/GPA of 8.0 or above is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.
- Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
- Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in academic projects, research documentation, journal publications, technical paper writing, or thesis work will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a research-oriented environment and learn new technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and identify research gaps.
- Assist in preparing research proposals, technical reports, and manuscripts.
- Support research documentation and engineering project development.
- Analyze technical data and prepare research findings.
- Assist with journal publication activities, including formatting, referencing, and plagiarism checking.
- Collaborate with Research Analysts and technical teams on engineering and R&D projects.
- Maintain accurate research documentation and project records.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and current research trends.

Compensation
Salary: Negotiable. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's technical knowledge, analytical skills, English communication, and overall performance during the interview process.
