Position: HR Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage the company’s recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assist management during the selection process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain HR documentation.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and performance review activities when required.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment for sales, operations, creative, and administrative roles.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary
₹10000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
Working Days & Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
