Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Business Development

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Generate and manage customer enquiries
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Visit customers regularly to enhance business growth
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback
- Track customer receivables and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with production teams to align customer requirements
- Prepare reports and analyze market trends
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- MBA/PGDBM with Marketing as a core subject
- 3–6 years of relevant experience
