We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Manager – Order Execution to lead the successful delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on electric depots and public charging hubs.
This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of customer orders and projects, ensuring alignment across engineering, supply chain, production, contractors, and customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical understanding, structured project execution capability, and the agility to manage both operational delivery and product-related coordination in a fast-evolving eMobility environment.
The position requires hands-on involvement at project sites, close stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive quality, schedule, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Order Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of EV charging infrastructure projects from order handover through commissioning and closure.
- Manage customer project execution activities to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve execution issues, and ensure adherence to approved specifications and timelines.
- Develop detailed execution plans, track milestones, and conduct periodic project reviews.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project delivery.
Order Management & Planning
- Prepare comprehensive order execution plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependency tracking.
- Work closely with factory, supply chain management, logistics, commercial, and service teams to ensure execution readiness.
- Raise and manage purchase requisitions with clearly defined scope for civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
- Monitor project costs, schedules, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution and control.
Technical Oversight
- Review and validate key technical documents including:
o Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
o Design basis documents
o Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Ensure compliance with applicable IS / IEC / IEEE standards and customer technical requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for external execution scope such as:
o Civil foundations
o Canopy structures
o Utility and electrical connections
o Support resolution of technical issues during project execution and installation.
Product Management & R&D Project Coordination
- Support product lifecycle management activities by collaborating with R&D, quality, and operations teams.
- Participate in product improvement initiatives based on field feedback, project learnings, and customer requirements.
- Contribute to R&D project management activities related to new product introduction, validation, and deployment readiness.
- Ensure lessons learned from project execution are systematically fed back into product and process enhancement.
Risk, Change & Claim Management
- Proactively identify project risks, constraints, and execution challenges, and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage project changes, variations, and claims in coordination with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ensure transparent communication and timely escalation of critical issues affecting scope, quality, cost, or schedule.
- Drive decision-making through structured stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution.
