Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an IT support role delivering L1 and L2 technical assistance in a professional environment.
- Hands-on experience with IT ticketing/ITSM platforms and demonstrated ability to meet SLA targets.
- Practical experience managing the full IT asset lifecycle using an asset management tool.
- Experience supporting Windows 11 and Linux/Ubuntu (across multiple distributions and flavours) in a corporate setting.
- Exposure to MDM platforms for corporate and BYOD device management.
- Experience delivering remote support using standard remote assistance tools.
