We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage post-sales activities and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the property purchase journey. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate post-sales operations, customer relationship management, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Manage end-to-end post-sales customer relationships and provide timely support to homebuyers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding booking formalities, payment schedules, agreements, registrations, possession, and handovers.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records, payment status, and communication logs in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Customer Service teams for smooth execution of post-sales processes.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and compliance requirements.
- Assist customers with home loan documentation and coordination with banking partners, if required.
- Generate regular reports on customer interactions, collections, and post-sales activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM/Post-Sales within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of property documentation, agreements, registrations, and possession processes.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office applications.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Experience with reputed real estate developers.
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate compliance processes.
- Familiarity with home loan processing and banking coordination.
