Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Data Analyst Mentor to guide aspiring data analysts and help them build strong analytical and technical skills. Freshers with good knowledge of data analytics tools and a passion for teaching and mentoring are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on Excel, Power BI, MySQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Guide students through practical exercises, assignments, and real-world projects.
- Assist students with doubts, project development, and technical challenges.
- Review student assignments and projects and provide constructive feedback.
- Track student progress and support them throughout their learning journey.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations.
- Support webinars, workshops, bootcamps, and hackathons when required.
- Continuously improve knowledge of current data analytics tools and industry practices.
- Collaborate with the training and curriculum team to improve learning materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong knowledge and interest in Data Analytics are welcome.
- Good knowledge of:
- Excel – Formulas, Pivot Tables, Charts, Dashboards
- Power BI – Data Modeling, DAX, Visualizations
- MySQL – Queries, Joins, Aggregations
- Python – NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- PySpark – Basic understanding of RDDs, DataFrames, and Spark SQL
- Basic understanding of data cleaning, data visualization, data analysis, and data storytelling.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Malayalam and English.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others learn.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Data Analytics / Power BI / Python certification is an advantage.
- Academic or personal projects in Data Analytics.
- Internship experience in Data Analytics or related fields.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, presentations, or conducting technical sessions is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
