Key Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal and annual merchandising strategies.
- Plan product assortment, pricing, and SKU mix.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Work closely with Design, Production, Marketing, and Sales teams for collection development.
- Manage inventory levels and demand planning.
- Analyze sales performance and recommend reorders, markdowns, and product improvements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely deliveries and quality standards.
- Prepare merchandising and sales performance reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Jewelry Merchandising.
- Experience in Natural Diamonds, Lab-Grown Diamonds, or Fine Jewelry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of assortment planning, buying, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Merchandising Software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
