We are hiring **Customer Service Executives** for an international **UK Banking Chat Process**. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, good customer-handling abilities, and a willingness to work in UK shifts.
### Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries through **chat support** in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist customers with banking-related queries and provide accurate information.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Follow process guidelines, compliance requirements, and data-security procedures.
* Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Achieve defined quality, productivity, and customer-service targets.
Eligibility
* **HSC:** Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
* **Graduates:** Freshers can apply.
* **Graduates with:** 1+ year of relevant experience are preferred.
* Strong **written and verbal communication skills**.
* Good typing speed and ability to manage multiple chats.
* Basic computer knowledge is required.
* Candidates should be comfortable working in **UK shifts**.
* Prior experience in **chat/customer service/BPO/banking processes** will be an advantage.
