Key Responsibilities:
- Client Outreach & Acquisition: Conduct daily field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and smaller laboratories to present and explain the centre's diagnostic services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key healthcare professionals to ensure repeat business and long-term contracts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and changing market dynamics in your designated region.
- End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle—from database building and cold-calling to lead generation, closing transactions, and assisting with payment collections.
- Reporting: Document daily visits, sales performance metrics, and client feedback.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences, +2.
- Experience: Typically 0 to 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Logistics: Own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license, as the role requires extensive local travel.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
